Mandarin Chicken Salad

  • ⅓ cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sesame ginger salad dressing or other Asian dressing
  • 1 bag mixed salad greens
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or in strips
  • ½ cup chow mein noodles


1. Whisk together mayonnaise and dressing in a small dish.

2. Place salad greens into a large bowl, then arrange oranges and chicken on top.

3. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and drizzle dressing over salad.
